Fitness Gear I Recommend

You don’t need a full gym to get stronger and move better.

This page is a collection of simple fitness and movement gear I actually use. Things like resistance bands, pull-up bars, balance equipment, medicine balls, and other tools that make it easy to add more movement and strength work into everyday life.

I tend to gravitate toward equipment that’s versatile, doesn’t take up a ton of space, and can be used in a bunch of different ways. If something is here, it’s because I use it myself, have experience with it, or genuinely think it’s worth considering.

A Big Ass Tire

Youll have to search marketplace for this but a big tire is a great workout and super fun. Toss it, carry it, hit it with a sledge.
