Functional Massage & Mobility
These sessions combine massage, mobility work, and assisted stretching to help reduce pain, improve movement, and keep your body working the way it should. Sessions are tailored to each person and may include deep tissue work, relaxation techniques, stretching, and movement depending on your needs.
This work is ideal for people with physical jobs, active lifestyles, old injuries, or anyone who feels stiff, sore, or worn down and wants to stay active and moving well.
90 Minute Session (Most Popular) $175
Full-body massage with time to focus on problem areas without rushing. Ideal for active lifestyles and recovery.
60 Minute Session $120
Focused session for specific areas or general maintenance. Best when you're short on time.
Mobile service in the Lehigh Valley area. I bring the table, linens, and all equipment.
In-Home Chair Massage
Chair massage is a great option for people who want focused work on the neck, shoulders, and back without needing a full table session. Perfect for quick recovery sessions, busy schedules, or regular maintenance between full sessions. Clients remain fully clothed.

45 Minutes — $90
Mobile service — I bring the chair and all equipment.
Couples Chair Massage Lessons
This is a hands-on lesson where I teach couples simple massage techniques they can use at home on each other. This is not a full massage session — it’s a guided lesson focused on learning safe and effective techniques for the neck, shoulders, back, and arms.
You will learn basic massage techniques, how to use pressure safely, where to work and where not to work, simple stretches you can do at home, and how to avoid hurting your hands and wrists.
60 Minute Lesson — $120
90 Minute Lesson — $160
Chair Massage (Events & Workplaces)
Chair massage is perfect for corporate wellness days, trade shows, employee appreciation events, races, and private events. Typically booked in hourly blocks.
$120 per hour
(2-hour minimum for events)
Marconics Energy Sessions
Marconics is a no-touch energy modality focused on nervous system support, stress reduction, and energetic recalibration. These sessions are done fully clothed and can be performed in person or at a distance.

These sessions are separate from massage and mobility sessions and are available for clients specifically interested in energy work.
