These peanut butter balls are one of those snacks that check a lot of boxes for me: simple ingredients, easy to make, easy to grab, and actually satisfying. They’re great to toss in a lunch, grab before heading out for a ride or hike, or keep around when you need something quick between meals.

8oz Almond Butter

16oz Crunchy Peanut Butter

16oz Creamy Peanut Butter

3/4 Cup Honey

1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla

Mix all of these together well

5 1/4 Cup Oats

1 3/4 Cup Flax Meal

3/4 Cup Hemp Heart

1 3/4 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Mix in dry ingredients until well blended

Form using a 1 Tbsp scoop to yield about 115 balls.

2 balls: ~216 calories, 7 g protein, 17 g carbs, 15 g fat, and 3–4 g fiber.

This is a very rough nutritional guide depending on exact ingredients used.

I make a big batch and then vacuum seal and freeze them for months and pull as needed.
